Since I started blogging wayyyyyyyyyyyyy back when, one of my favorite companies to work with was Winning Moves Games. Over the years I have been spoiled with so many amazing games to review.
Winning Moves Games has TONS and MORE of games for adults and kids. There are puzzles and Rubik cubes as well. What else would you expect from a company that is celebrating 25 YEARS!!!
Remember this one called Nibbled? Alice and I played that one SO MANY TIMES! (How cute is THIS KID?!) Crocodile Dentist is STILL a favorite and makes me jump every. single. time. I snapped this picture of Alice when the Crocodile ‘bit’ her.
How about when The Husband and I put together THIS puzzle from 2014…. which ummmmmmm looks an AWFUL lot like my view now?!!!! I mean how weird is life??
This Winning Moves Games spoiled me again this holiday season!!
Starting with this little Rubik Christmas tree. It’s little; how hard could it be to solve? Well, so hard it may never be a tree again. PAAALEASE we may as well take out the word MAY! This puppy will never be a tree again.
Now that it’s just The Husband and I (ya know alone, on top of a mountain about to be snowed in for months… whine whine whine)
See how easily distracted I am?? BUT, what a great seg way to the Large Print Tile Lock Scrabble! We can leave this game out on the table without worrying about losing pieces or having to put the game away before we are done. Also, I don’t want to admit that I’m blind as a bat…… but these large letter tiles mean I can play without finding my glasses. (Ya know, NOW I understand why my Mom had a pair of glasses in every. single. room AND drawer!)
Not only are the letters nice and big, but they really do lock in place. BONUS the whole board is on a spinner!!
SCATTERGORIES!!! I LOVE this game!!!! How about a twist on this super fun game?? This is a fast-thinking categories game.
Card games are always a favorite when my family is together. Check out this one called Flinch.
The original and ultimate Stockpile card game! Created in 1905 this American classic is back to entertain a whole new generation of card game players. If you’re the
first player to play all your cards in sequential order, you win!
Last but in no way least….. Scrabble Slam. Wanna take any guess which word is mine??
Scrabble Slam is the best-selling, fast-paced and easy to play card game version of Scrabble. Start with any 4-letter word on the table like “CAKE” and yell out “Ready, Set, Slam!” and the race is on. Quickly change the existing word, 1 letter card at a time, to create a new word like “BAKE” then change it to “BIKE” and so on. The first player to play out all their cards wins!
