Ya know before the holidays is NO time to start a diet. But, ya’all know me….. I do things kinda backwards anyway. So with the help ofand Green Coffee Bean supplement I’m down 12.5 pounds!! Now…… that may not sound like a lot to most people but to me it’s huge!! First because it was during the holidays. So truly not gaining between the big FOUR…. Halloween, Thanksgiving, Christmas AND New Years? That really is amazing for me. I truly believe I would have gained that PLUS if it wasn’t for Creative Bioscience and Green Coffee Bean supplements.
I’m a huge stress eater. These last 3 months were full of it!!! DH was in the hospital (stress)….DH retired… (Stress) Holiday’s ….. (stress)…. all of it and I still managed to drop a few pounds!?!?! A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Green Coffee Bean supplement is taken 30 minutes before a meal and truly I was full faster!! I also wasn’t tossing and turning all night long because the Green Coffee Bean kept me wired. I truly appreciate that!! I hate that jittery can’t sit still nervous feeling that other products have given me.
I exercised using the Bowflex 3 mornings a week for 30 minutes, some weeks only twice. I know if I had exercised more often I would have seen a much bigger loss. But, in my defense, I run after baby Alice during the week. (MAN why did we think it was necessary to teach this baby to walk?? And why must she RUN everywhere now?? NaNa doesn’t always want to run!! Sometimes NaNa want’s to walk!! I’m horrible at exercise, but it’s a hurdle I will overcome in 2013!!
I know that I will continue with the Green Coffee Bean Pure. It makes losing easier. I love that it doesn’t give me the jitters. The only thing I had a hard time with was remembering to take the supplement 30 minutes before my meals, but, taking it with a large glass of water helps curb my hunger so those 30 minutes didn’t seem as bad.
My contact is Cyndi who is set to deliver her third baby in early February. She is a personal trainer and I will be closely following her for more help as she sheds her baby weight gain of about 50 pounds. So you are 10, 50, or 100 lbs overweight. Great; you will have phenomenal before and after pictures. Do not let your past dictate your future. You really are in control the second you believe you are. This does not mean that you will ever become that size two unrealistic expectation inside your head. All it means, is that you truly have the potential to be the best you, that you can be.
You may feel like you are too heavy to turn things around, that it will be too hard, or it will be embarrassing. You may even feel that weight loss is within your ability but are scared of the pain when it returns. You can not let these self-defeating thoughts cloud your judgement. What would you want your son/daughter to do if they were in the same position. You would not want them to give up because you know they are amazing. Well, you are amazing too. You deserve success in all you dream. Do not ever give up.
I have a horrible time with MOTIVATION!!! I’m 54 years old. I’m overweight. I am lucky enough to be retired (which means I don’t have to fit into my ‘work’ clothes…. which means……. I gained a LOT over the last 19 months… imagine that?!?!) I spend my days with my Granddaughter Alice who at 19 months old thinks I’m the greatest thing ever….. so dieting, exercising and healthy eating were not that important to me. She’s a baby. She doesn’t eat what I eat….. except as all babies do this one is growing up and starting to eat more and more regular people food. I want Alice to grow up healthy! I want her to be fit. I don’t want her to have a weight problem. More than ANYTHING else I want be around to watch her grow up. I want to get out and play with her and run with her. I don’t want to be to tired and too heavy to enjoy spending my days with her. She is my true motivation. I will continue to lose and I will be fit for her. I have a goal to drop the last 40 pounds. I will keep ya’all informed. I hope by her birthday in June to be at my goal….. but baby steps…… I worry about 5 pounds at a time.
