 Environmental Pros of Troll-Caught Fish

DH in California King Salmon Apron and hat holding dinnerCalifornia King Salmon are harvested using “trolling” (fishing one at a time with barb-less hooks) One hook, one fish! Trolling is more environmentally friendly because the fish that are not desirable (too small or the wrong species) can be returned to the water unharmed. California King Salmon fishermen are environmentalists, they initiated the mandatory license fee where a portion of the license is used to restore rivers and streams to enhance spawning areas for future generations and supply of King Salmon.

  1. I would like to try this seasoning. I kinda like salmon, but if I found a way to season it that I really liked I have it more often – this is good to try!! I never noticed it before!
