I am so pleased to bring you my review of ChildUp Early Learning cards.
I am always on the look out for tools to help expand Alice's mind!! ChildUp Early Learning Cards are the perfect fit!
Each set of the Teach Your Child to count has 40 popular animals and numbers from 1 to 10 or 1 to 20 (depending on the set) printed on a coated 4"x3" heavy duty cards.
There are 16 cards for parents or teachers to help navigate the cards to help your child obtain the most from using ChildUp counting cards.
One line in particular, from the parent cards, really summed it all up for me "At birth all children are 'gifted' for nothing in particular; they are gifted for everything". That is so true!! Alice's little brain is a sponge right now. She absorbs everything so easily and so quickly all she needs is guidance! So, Alice and I went to work with our ChildUp counting to 10 cards.
I incorporated the techniques from ChildUp into our days, everything we do, we count. I place cheerios on Alice's tray 1, 2, 3..... Alice watches intently. There are so many opportunities to count with Alice, I just need to pay attention. The cards are fun to work with, cute little animals printed on one side and the number with a small shot of the same animal is on the reverse side. The faces of these little animals are So CUTE! Alice likes to point to the animals and looks up at me and smiles.
Alice and I will be working with our ChildUp Learning cards from now on!! I gotta watch out.... this
Na-Na's gonna need a calculator to keep up with these kids!!!
In addition to the cards there are Early Math App's! The Math App's are a HUGE HIT with Emma and Eli!! LOOK at those smiles!!! The graphics are bright and fun!!
EarlyMath - Raise a Math Genius for iPhone/iPad
This app helps children learn the first steps in addition, as well as the names and real sounds of 80 popular animals.
The more we work with ChildUp apps and cards the more impressed I am. I think you will be too!!
The wonderful people at ChildUp are offering one very LUCKY Peanut Butter and Whine follower their own set of both boxes "Early Learning Cards Counting to 10" and "Counting to 20". Good Luck!!
Thank you ChildUp for supplying both sets of Learning Cards to facilitate my review. All opinions are 100% mine. (and some of Emma, Eli and Alice's as well)
